  • 1 c 237 ml cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • Start by melting the butter and stirring in the espresso powder. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Take a bowl. Blend the cooled espresso butter with sugar until well combined. Then whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually fold in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until they are just combined.
