Prepare the cinnamon rolls.

Prepare the apples.

Add the toppings.

  • Sprinkle the raisins and chopped pecans evenly over and around the ring.

  • Sprinkle the ground cinnamon evenly over the apples, raisins, pecans, and cinnamon rolls.

Bake the ring.

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and fully baked.

Serve.

  • Allow the ring to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm for best texture and flavor.

Notes

To make this Glazed Apple Cinnamon Ring gluten free, use certified gluten-free refrigerated cinnamon rolls or homemade gluten-free cinnamon roll dough. Confirm that the icing, raisins, pecans, and ground cinnamon are certified gluten free and processed without cross-contamination. If preparing homemade dough, use a high-quality gluten-free flour blend suitable for yeast or sweet roll dough. Gluten-free cinnamon rolls may be more delicate, so handle and arrange them gently before baking.
