Gently warm up the olive oil in a skillet, over high heat.
Place the flattened chicken breasts into the skillet. Season them with 21 Salute Seasoning, salt and pepper. Allow them to cook undisturbed for 5 minutes on one side until they begin to acquire a hue.
Carefully flip the chicken over. Let it cook for 5 minutes or until it is thoroughly cooked and golden on the other side.
Remove it from the skillet. Set it aside on a plate to rest.
In that skillet add wine or chicken broth to deglaze ensuring you scrape up any bits clinging to its bottom. Allow it to simmer for a few seconds.
Reduce the heat to low add butter allowing it to melt then stir in garlic. Cook until fragrant without browning for 1 minute.
Return the chicken back into the skillet while spooning over it generously with butter sauce, for a coating.
If desired sprinkle parsley over the chicken before serving.
