Sweet and Spicy Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip is a warm baked appetizer made with cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and buttery cracker topping, finished with melted pepper jelly for a perfectly balanced sweet-heat flavor.
In a pie dish or small baking dish, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Mix until evenly blended, then press the mixture firmly into the dish, smoothing the surface.
Evenly sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the cheese mixture, followed by the chopped bacon.
Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese mixture is hot and bubbling and the topping is lightly golden.
Shortly before the baking time is complete, place the pepper jelly in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the jelly is fully melted and pourable.
Remove the baked dip from the oven and immediately pour the melted pepper jelly evenly over the top. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
