Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese.
Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
In a separate shallow bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
Stir until the cinnamon is evenly distributed throughout the sugar.
Pour the melted butter into a third shallow bowl.
Remove the crusts from each slice of white bread.
Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flattened bread slice.
Roll each slice of bread tightly into a stick shape.
Dip each rolled bread stick into the melted butter, coating all sides.
Roll each butter-coated stick in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
Arrange the coated rolls on the prepared baking sheet, placing them seam-side down.
Leave a small amount of space between each roll to allow even baking.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cinnamon sticks are golden and crisp.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Allow the cinnamon sticks to cool for several minutes before serving.
Serve warm.
