Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 c Pecorino cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Nonstick baking spray for the baking pan

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  • Lightly coat a large baking sheet with nonstick baking spray.
  • Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave until fully melted.
  • In a large zip-top bag, add the ranch dressing mix, grated Pecorino cheese, ground cayenne pepper, cumin, and Ritz crackers.
  • Seal the bag and shake gently to distribute the dry seasoning mixture.
  • Open the bag and pour in the melted butter.
  • Seal the bag again.
  • Gently shake and turn the bag until the crackers are evenly coated with the butter and seasoning mixture.
  • Transfer the coated crackers to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread the crackers into an even layer.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  • Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes

To make these Ranch Ritz Crackers gluten free, replace the Ritz crackers with certified gluten-free butter-style crackers.
