Microwave until fully melted.
In a large zip-top bag, add the ranch dressing mix, grated Pecorino cheese, ground cayenne pepper, cumin, and Ritz crackers.
Seal the bag and shake gently to distribute the dry seasoning mixture.
Open the bag and pour in the melted butter.
Seal the bag again.
Gently shake and turn the bag until the crackers are evenly coated with the butter and seasoning mixture.
Transfer the coated crackers to the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the crackers into an even layer.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
