Ingredients

Cheese Spread

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 c bacon crumbles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 3/4 c pepper jelly or other jam for serving

Topping

  • 1 c pecans chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/3 c bacon crumbles

Instructions

  • Line the inside of an 8-cup bundt pan completely with plastic wrap, allowing the excess wrap to hang over the edges.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, bacon crumbles, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • In the bottom of the lined bundt pan, evenly sprinkle the chopped pecans, chopped green onions, and bacon crumbles.
  • Carefully spoon the cheese mixture into the prepared bundt pan over the topping layer.
  • Press the cheese mixture down gently and evenly so it is firmly packed into the pan.
  • Cover the top with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • When ready to serve, remove the top plastic wrap.
  • Invert the bundt pan onto a serving platter or plate.
  • Lift off the pan and carefully remove the plastic wrap lining.
  • Spoon the pepper jelly into the center of the cheese ring.
  • Serve with crackers, sliced bread, or pretzels.
