Notes

To make this Old-Fashioned Vinegar Rolls Recipe gluten-free, replace the regular pie crust with a certified gluten-free pie crust or homemade gluten-free pastry dough. Confirm that the brown sugar, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, butter, and any heavy cream used for serving are gluten-free and free from cross-contact. Gluten-free pie dough can be more delicate than traditional dough, so roll it gently between sheets of parchment paper if needed. Use clean utensils, a clean rolling pin, and a separate baking dish or parchment-lined work surface to prevent cross-contamination.
