Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.
Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Prepare the instant mashed potatoes according to the package instructions. Set aside until ready to assemble the casserole.
Prepare the Meatloaf Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, and bread crumbs. Mix gently by hand until evenly incorporated. Add the egg and mix again until fully combined.
Assemble the Casserole
