Notes

To make this Loaded Baked Potato Chicken Casserole gluten-free, confirm that the shredded chicken, bacon, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper are labeled gluten-free. If using rotisserie chicken, check the seasoning and preparation label carefully, as some store-bought chickens may contain gluten-based additives or marinades. Use plain baked potatoes without gluten-containing toppings or seasonings. Prepare the casserole with clean bowls, utensils, cutting boards, and baking dishes to prevent gluten cross-contact.
