Instructions
Preheat & Line
Warm your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy release.
Form Cheese Mounds
Using ~1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella per chip, place small mounds on the parchment.
Lightly flatten them, leaving space for spreading.
Top & Season
Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each mound.

Bake
