Ingredients

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: About 225g (~0.5 lb)

  • Melts into crispy rounds—go for a brand that melts smoothly.

Pepperoni Slices: 16–20 slices

  • Adds that iconic pizza flavor. Turkey pepperoni or a veggie substitute also works!

Italian Seasoning: ~1 teaspoon

  • A fragrant blend of oregano basil, and more for that pizza essence.

Optional Keto Pizza Sauce: For dipping

  • Choose a low-carb sauce to keep this fully keto-friendly.

Instructions

Preheat & Line

  • Warm your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy release.

Form Cheese Mounds

  • Using ~1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella per chip, place small mounds on the parchment.
  • Lightly flatten them, leaving space for spreading.

Top & Season

  • Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each mound.
  • Press a pepperoni slice into the center of each cheese pile.

Bake

  • Slide the tray into the oven and bake for ~12 minutes.
  • Look for golden-brown edges as your cue they’re done.

Cool & Crisp

  • Let chips rest on the sheet for 2–3 minutes; they’ll firm up as they cool.
  • Carefully transfer to a plate using a spatula.

  • Serve warm alongside any keto pizza sauce for dipping.
