  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley

Instructions

Heat the oil.

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the garlic.

  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.

Add the butter.

  • Add the unsalted butter and allow it to melt completely.

Add the broth.

  • Slowly pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine with the garlic and butter.

Season the broth.

Cook the pasta.

  • Add the spaghetti noodles to the boiling broth. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.

Add additional broth as needed.

Finish the sauce.

  • Once the pasta is fully cooked, add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.

Combine thoroughly.

  • Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Serve.

  • Serve the Creamy Garlic Pasta immediately while hot.
