Ingredients

  • 8 full celery stalks washed and dried
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1 1 oz packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Smoked paprika optional garnish

Instructions

Prepare the celery.

  • Cut off the tops and bottoms of the celery stalks.

Cut the celery.

  • Cut each celery stalk in half and set the prepared pieces aside.

Prepare the cream cheese mixture.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.

Mix until smooth.

  • Using a handheld mixer, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise for 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy.

Add seasoning.

  • Sprinkle the ranch dry dressing mix and fresh cracked pepper over the cream cheese mixture.

Combine thoroughly.

  • Continue mixing until the seasoning is fully incorporated into the cream cheese mixture.

Add mozzarella.

  • Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.

Fill the celery.

  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the prepared celery stalks and spread evenly from end to end.

Garnish.

  • Lightly sprinkle smoked paprika over the stuffed celery stalks, if desired.

Chill until serving.

  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
