Notes

To make Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque gluten free, replace the all-purpose flour with a gluten-free all-purpose flour blend or use cornstarch as a thickener.
If using cornstarch, mix it with a small amount of cold milk or water before adding it to the bisque to prevent clumping.
Confirm that the Old Bay seasoning, tomato paste, butter, whole milk, heavy whipping cream, shrimp, and crab meat are gluten free.
Check canned or packaged crab meat carefully, as some seafood products may contain additives or be processed in facilities with gluten.
Use clean cookware, utensils, cutting boards, and serving bowls to prevent gluten cross-contact.
