Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese shreds
  • 1 can biscuits 8 count, quartered
  • Marinara sauce for serving, if desired

Instructions

Prepare the Oven and Muffin Tin

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Mixture

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley. Stir until evenly mixed.

Coat the Biscuit Pieces

  • Dip each biscuit quarter into the butter mixture, ensuring it is lightly coated. Then roll each piece in the mozzarella cheese until covered.

Fill the Muffin Tin

  • Place 2 to 3 coated biscuit quarters into each muffin cup, arranging them evenly.

Bake

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuit dough is cooked through.

Serve
