Notes

To make this Buffalo Shrimp Recipe gluten free, use certified gluten-free breaded shrimp or substitute plain shrimp and coat them with a gluten-free breading before baking. Also check that your Buffalo sauce, honey, and dipping sauces are labeled gluten free, since some packaged sauces may contain hidden gluten or be processed in shared facilities. If serving with Ranch or blue cheese dressing, verify those labels as well. For anyone with celiac disease or strong gluten sensitivity, be careful to avoid cross-contact by using clean pans, utensils, and serving dishes.
