Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded skinless boneless rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup vertically sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 plum tomatoes thinly sliced (about 1/4 pound)

Instructions

Preheat the oven.

  • Preheat the oven to 500°F.

Prepare the crust.

  • Place the prebaked pizza crust on a baking sheet.

Add the sauce.

  • Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.

Add the toppings.

  • Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, sliced red onion, chopped yellow bell pepper, red pepper flakes, crumbled blue cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sliced tomatoes over the crust.

Bake the pizza.

  • Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheeses have melted and the crust is crisp.

Slice and serve.

  • Remove the pizza from the oven, allow it to rest briefly, then cut it into 12 wedges and serve.
