Ingredients

Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

  • 2 packages cream cheese 8 oz each, room temperature
  • 3 c shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 c canned whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2/3 c fresh cranberries
  • Nonstick spray or butter for greasing the baking dish

Instructions

Preheat the oven.

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Prepare the baking dish.

  • Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter. Set aside.

Beat the cream cheese.

  • Place the room-temperature cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Add the cheese and seasonings.

  • Add 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese, crushed dried rosemary, and garlic powder to the cream cheese. Mix until evenly combined.

Fold in the cranberries.

  • Gently fold in the whole berry cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries until distributed throughout the mixture.

Transfer to the baking dish.

  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

Add the topping.

  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Bake the dip.

  • Bake for 22 to 26 minutes, or until the dip is hot, the cheese is melted, and the edges begin to brown.

Serve.

  • Serve immediately while hot with crackers, bread, pita chips, or preferred dippers.
