Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix divided, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c bacon bits or 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

Prepare the creamy base.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder.

Mix until smooth.

  • Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the mixture until smooth and fully combined.

Add the cheese.

  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

Add the bacon.

  • Fold in the bacon bits or cooked and crumbled bacon.

Add the green onions.

  • Fold in the sliced green onions until evenly incorporated.

Adjust the seasoning.

  • Taste the dip and add additional ranch seasoning mix, if desired.

Chill the dip.

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve.

  • Stir before serving, if needed, and serve chilled with chips, crackers, pretzels, vegetables, or toasted bread.

Notes
