Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough 8 oz each
  • 2 Granny Smith apples thinly sliced
  • 8 oz round brie cheese
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, if desired.
  • Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough.
  • Separate the dough into individual triangles.
  • Place the crescent dough triangles on a clean work surface.
  • Place 2 thin apple slices at the wide end of each dough triangle.
  • Place a small piece of brie cheese on top of the apple slices.
  • Starting at the wide end, roll each crescent triangle toward the pointed end, enclosing the apple and brie inside.
  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, with the pointed end facing down.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully baked.
  • Remove the rolls from the oven.
  • Allow them to cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Drizzle the warm rolls with honey.
  • Serve warm.
